It helps the next person
How it fits, how the fabric feels, how it arrived. Honest detail helps someone choose with confidence.
NOIRIX / Reviews
Honest words
Every review here comes from someone whose NOIRIX order has arrived. We don't write them, pay for them or choose which ones you see.
Drop 001 / The Void Collection
Be one of the first.
Drop 001 is our first release, so there are no reviews yet. When the first orders arrive, the first reviews will appear here, through Trustpilot.
No reviews yetThe first will come from verified buyers.
Why it matters
A review is the most useful thing you can leave behind.
It keeps us to our standard
We read every review. Critical ones get a public reply from client care, and they shape the next drop.
It stays yours
Good or bad, your review is published as you wrote it. We never edit or hide it.
How to review
Three steps, after your order arrives.
- 01
Your order arrives
Wear it first. A review means most once you know how a piece fits and feels.
- 02
Look for our invitation
A few days after delivery, every customer is emailed an invitation to review on Trustpilot. Reviews written from it carry Trustpilot's Verified label.
- 03
Say what you think
Fit, fabric, delivery, how it wears. A few honest lines are worth more than a perfect score.
Our review promise
Genuine, or not at all.
Real customers onlyWe never write, buy or swap reviews, and nobody connected to NOIRIX reviews us.
Nothing in returnNo discounts, points or gifts for reviews, and no conditions on what you say.
Everyone is invitedEvery customer gets the same invitation, not only the ones we expect to be happy.
Nothing hiddenWe don't remove or edit reviews. Trustpilot takes down only reviews that break its own guidelines.
